For years I have been body conscious whether it is because of baby weight, ex partners putting me down, or just the superficial media explosion of super slim ladies that grace our every day magazines.

I have tried many diets before but struggle due to being a picky eater, so after reading through the eating plan I felt reassured I would be able to tailor make it, to work I decided to jump at the chance.
 
This by far is the only diet I have stuck too, yes the first week was hard as my diet before was shocking. I’d have had 3 cans a red bull to keep going a day as I didn’t drink coffee.
